Stop by for a little piece of Women’s History at my exhibit with the Cummer Museum!

“Women’s Rights Movement” in collaboration with

“Sports Fashion: Outdoor Girls” at Cummer Museum

Exhibiting February 20, 2024 to June 16, 2024

Like the clothing displayed in "Sports Fashion: Outdoor Girls 1800-1960” exhibition, Teresa Cook’s “Women’s Right’s Movement”, delves into the dynamic evolution of women's clothing and its profound link to the Women's Rights Movement. Celebrating the courage of women who challenged norms, my work reflects the transformative period that laid the foreground for today's empowered women with their transition of clothing. Through my watercolor art on yupo paper, characterized by fluid lines and vibrant hues, each brushstroke also captures the essence of this movement, emphasizing the vital cultural effects that resonate on both small and large scales. Join me in appreciating our women’s history and acknowledging the strides shaping our present.
